Our team leaders are both hands-on and inspirational. As well as being mentors, they also development opportunities to help everyone at AV Australia define and achieve success.

Where can I work?
AV Australia has corporate offices where initial induction and training will occur.  These offices offer a safe environment, where shared resources, communal facilities with social distancing and much sales and data interaction continually occurs between sales and admin personnel.  It has a great vibe!  As was necessary, resulting from COVID-19, all staff were required to work from home during more recent times.  This has proven to be an optional module that has suited many of our staff where we are happy for staff to either work from the offices or from home.  Data and communications infrastructure can facilitate either.  Most staff have found a 3 to 4 day office stint with 1 or 2 day working-from-home mix breaks the routine and augments overall productivity.

If you have a background in Audio Visual sales, possess operational skills in all matters Audio Visual, have a broad knowledge of the fundamentals of Audio Visual and/or have the competence and confidence in assisting clients in their purchase of suitable audio visual products.
