Door Contact Sensor For Reliable Environment Monitoring
The Door Contact Sensor 7950 is an entry detector that enables monitoring of doorways and gate entrances. The sensor consists of a magnetic contact and a magnet. After successful installation at the entrance, the cables of the Door Contact Sensor 7950 are simply connected to the industrial clamp of a suitable GUDE product.
When the magnetic field distance is exceeded, a signal is sent to the connected GUDE device, which triggers a corresponding alarm message. Unauthorized opening of doors and entries can thus be detected without delay.
Operationally dangerous intrusion events in the IT or AV environment are detected at an early stage before costly downtime occurs. The user can intervene promptly and thus prevent serious damage or escalations.
