The 42SA-4 is the most compact and affordable of James Loudspeaker’s in-wall/in-ceiling Small Aperture Series of architectural loudspeakers, designed to sonically outperform conventional in-wall/in-ceiling speakers from a tiny, aesthetically pleasing 3-inch grille. (Now available with 3-inch Microperf grille option.)
The 42SA-4 delivers a refined, full-range musical experience including high-output levels, defined bass response and wide dispersion into the listening area—all while meeting the most stringent aesthetic demands of discerning homeowners and interior designers. Capable of fitting into unusually small stud bays or other tight locations, the 42SA-4 is ideal for residential and commercial applications where appearance and performance are paramount. Though compact, the 42SA-4 will effortlessly fill any space with music through an astonishingly small, fully customizable 3-inch aperture.
The 2-way 42SA-4 utilizes proprietary aluminium drivers including a 4-inch woofer and a 2-inch midrange/tweeter nestled within an aircraft-grade aluminium enclosure. Designed for clientele seeking a premium performance solution that dramatically outperforms traditional in-wall or in-ceiling speakers, the made in USA 42SA-4 delivers true high-fidelity, superb off-axis performance, unmatched durability and nearly invisible aesthetic perfection. Can be paired with an optional Small Aperture or PowerPipe subwoofer for extended low frequencies and greater SPL.
