7"x7" Square Sound Aperture® Speaker
Unlike anything you have seen or heard, James Loudspeaker has raised industry standards once again. The James Small Aperture® ceiling/in-wall speakers have a 9.5" round or 7"x 7" square sound aperture, yet pack in a full 3-way system for deep bass and wide frequency response. A seamless edge detail keeps them looking smart and modern yet discrete.
The 853SAQ-9-BA includes a mini 8" PowerPipe subwoofer, 5.25" midrange, and ¾" dome tweeter in quad array for wide 30Hz to 20kHz response. Having a real subwoofer also allows the system to play at loud levels. The deep bass and high SPL produced causes a second take! All aircraft-grade aluminium construction and modular design provide long life, easy service, and high reliability.
The 853SAQ-9-BA has a small footprint with a 9" depth and is best suited for in-ceiling mounting. The 853SAQ-9- BA is bi-amped. Order woofer assembly, mid-range module and grille kits separately. Custom and wood trim kits available and quoted individually.
This model of Small Aperture can be ordered with a 16" or 24" stud bay bracket option. The 16" study bay bracket can collapse down to 10" and expand to 16". The 24" study bay bracket has a range of 14"- 24". Please specify, at the time of order, which bracket is required.
